Inside, the use of timber stairs with a clean design, combined with a neutral color palette (cream and white), creates a luxurious and clean "Zen" ambiance.

The design concept of this residence is a sophisticated blend of modern geometric strength and organic softness. It creates a dialogue between a bold, masculine exterior and a fluid, tranquil interior.

• Exterior Architecture (Modern Cubism): The facade highlights dynamic rectangular volumes. The use of sharp lines and right angles provides a strong and sturdy contemporary architectural statement.

• Materiality and Texture: The design is rich in textural depth. The combination of luxurious natural travertine stone, warm timber on ceilings and slats, and organic pebble flooring creates a modern tropical atmosphere that remains grounded.

• Interior Transition (Curvilinear Minimalism): In contrast to the sharp-edged exterior, the interior introduces soft arched elements (archways). This provides a calming visual transition and creates a sense of more spacious, elegant rooms.
